The incumbent tenant, West Heath Motors Ltd, have occupied the site for over 25 years and retail quality second hand vehicles from the premises. Via sub-leases the remainder of the site is occupied by the locally renowned Redhill Garage and Redhill Rescue Solutions, as well as the ICC Hand Car wash and valeting service.
